A little ISPA background
The ISPA (Internet Services Providers’ Association) Awards are one of the most prestigious and well-established awards for the British ISP industry. The awards are intended to recognise excellence in all fields of Internet Service Provision and associated services. This year has seen the Best Ultrafast ISP category added, due to the increasing change in the marketplace and the larger number of providers offering faster broadband packages. Another new award is the Social Impact Award, designed to recognise companies helping to bridge the divide across the digital space.

Within the many different award categories, catalyst2 is proud to be shortlisted candidates for both the Best Customer Service award and the Best Hosted Service award. This is as a result of our tireless dedication to providing the best possible service for our clients. The awards will be announced at a prestigious gala award ceremony in London’s city centre on November 4th, 2021. It’s an honour for catalyst2 to be nominated alongside some of the best and most brilliant companies the UK ISP industry has to offer.
