Repost: How to enable to Two Factor Authentication

We are now supporting Two Factor Authentication across our shared hosting platform, you can see the instructions below on how to enable Two Factor Authentication for cPanel, Plesk and our Billing Control Panel (WHMCS).

cPanel – Linux Hosting

Plesk – Windows Hosting

  • Login to Plesk
  • Click the Google Authenticator link on the right hand side.
  • Then follow the steps, which will involve scanning the QR code with your phone using the Google Authenticator App.
  • If you have any problems, just drop us an email to support@catalyst2.com

Billing System (WHMCS)

  • Login at: https://billing.catalyst2.com
  • Click on “Update your details” at the top.
  • Click on Security Settings
  • Click on “Click here to Enable” and follow the instructions which will involve scanning the QR code with your phone using the Google Authenticator App.
  • If you have any problems, just drop us an email to support@catalyst2.com
