By default we provide support via email, but if you want you can view both current and old support tickets via our support portal.

To view tickets via the support portal you need to create an account. To do so, simply click the Register link. After the account has been set up you can view any current and historic tickets linked to your registered email address. For instance, here you can see that I have two tickets, one of which is from 2022.

Once you are logged in you can view all tickets linked to your email address.
