As of today, we are now supporting PHP 7 on all Linux Shared hosting packages.
What are the benefits?
The main benefit is that it is faster and will likely make your website perform better. You do need to bear in mind however that if your code is relatively old / the application you are running is not up to date, PHP 7 may break your site.
How can I change my site to PHP 7
Login to cPanel and then go to “Multi PHP Manager” and then select the domain(s) you want to change the version on and select the version (PHP7) on the right and click Apply.
Can I change it back if it doesn’t work?
Yes, you can, just repeat the process above and change it back to PHP 5.6.
