Billing – What are your payment options?

You can pay invoices using a debit/credit card or via Paypal. We can accept BACS payments as well. However, if you make a payment via BACS we need to manually check if the payment has been received. We therefore try to avoid BACS payments, but please contact us if you have no other way to settle an invoice.
Automatic payments
If you add a card to your account then invoices are automatically paid using the card details. With Paypal you always have to pay invoices manually.
Another alternative to pay invoices automatically is to add funds to your account. You can do so via Billing » Add Funds. By adding funds you effectively add a credit to your account, and any credit balance is automatically applied against invoices that are due.
