Jacob Colton

Jacob joined catalyst2 in 2004. He had previously worked in client-facing roles, including at innocent drinks and a number of technical roles in internet focused businesses. Jacob has a real passion for customer service and an eye for detail that underpins catalyst2’s customer-centric ethos. The outstanding quality of catalyst2’s customer care has been recognised with several awards.

Jacob is responsible for ensuring that the customer’s expectations are exceeded in their interactions with catalyst2. His goal is to make sure every customer wants to use catalyst2 consistently in the future.

Jacob has a degree in Business Information Systems.
