Our premium hosting is ideal for customers who have outgrown traditional shared hosting, but can't yet justify the expense or don't have the experience to manage a dedicated server or VPS. Each premium web server hosts no more than 30 sites, along with separate mailservers and high end anti-spam and virus scanning included as standard. If your site is critical you can rely on our premium hosting solutions to provide high uptime and telephone support direct to an engineer for a quick resolution to any issues. All premium hosting plans come with the following as standard:

  • No more than 30 sites per server

  • Separate mailservers dedicated to our premium domains

  • Full Spam and Virus Filtering with a 98% spam catch rate

  • Telephone Support (Mon-Fri 9-5) and priority email support

  • Each site individually monitored with email alerts if your site has an issue
