Over 10 years, thousands of clients, tens of thousands of websites and who knows how many hundred million emails later, we like to think we know our trade. From simple beginnings we have become one of the most trusted names in UK hosting, something we are very proud of and keen to continue.

Since January 2000 we have learnt that a reliable well supported service is rare online, thats why day, night (or 3pm on a Sunday!) we will answer the phone, its this reassurance that means a vast proportion of our new business comes from existing customer referrals (Thanks!).

We don't have a team of hundreds, but a small dedicated group who know most customers by name, we get things done, quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Thats why we have our customer promise, freephone support and even our MD's mobile number if we miss the mark.
